These Terms govern your use of the Suzi Eszterhas Photography, LLC (dba Suzi’s Wildlife Safaris) website and your communications with us.

Services

We provide wildlife photography safari planning, itinerary consultation, and booking services. Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking. Bookings are confirmed only by a written agreement and deposit.

Use of This Site

You agree to provide accurate information and not to use this site unlawfully or to submit another person’s contact details without their permission.

Communications

By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you by email about your inquiry. Email consent is required to respond to you; you may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via the unsubscribe link.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

1. Program. By checking the SMS consent box and submitting your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Suzi Eszterhas Photography, LLC (dba Suzi’s Wildlife Safaris) regarding your safari inquiry — including replies from our team, questionnaire follow-ups, consultation call reminders, appointment confirmations, and trip logistics.
2. Consent is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of any service we provide. You may inquire about and book a safari without providing a mobile number.
3. Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and stage in the booking process. Typically fewer than 10 messages per month.
4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
5. Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
6. Help. Reply HELP, or email suzi@suziswildlifesafaris.com.
7. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Supported carriers. AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and most other U.S. carriers.
9. Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

Pricing and Payment

Safari pricing is quoted per itinerary and confirmed in writing. Deposits, payment schedules, and cancellation terms are set out in your booking agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Travel carries inherent risks; travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
