Open an email from Suzi in your inbox.

Hover your mouse over Suzi's name at the top of the email.

In the pop-up that appears, click the person+ icon labeled "Add to contacts".

Click the gear icon (top-right) → See all settings.

Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.

Click Create a new filter.

In the From field, enter Suzi's email address → click Create filter.

Check "Never send it to Spam" → click Create filter.
